He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Sr. and Edna Losee Thomas; and his siblings, William, Dorothy Hill and Jean Martin (Sheldon).
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Dirk (Pat); his children, Susan Utter (George), Brenda Justino (Gene), Lori Marx (Hardy), Jane Fisher (Howie) and Craig Thomas (Michelle); his grandchildren, Michael Justino, Brian Justino, Lauren Utter, Alisha Utter, Eryn Veronesi, Sarah Clark, Megan Kurek, Hayley Fisher and Eric Thomas; his great grandchildren, Riley, Jaxon Clark and Christopher Justino; and his sister Mary Decker. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
