We bid farewell to Janet L. Mandy (Highland, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 13, 2025 at the age of 91. Janet touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Sweeney (Brunner) and Francis P. Sweeney; her husband John J. Mandy; her son James; and her sister Rosemary Porembski.

She is survived by: her children, John (Karen), David (Elizabeth), Mary Beth Saso (Greg), Thomas (Petcherat) and Paul; her grandchildren, Kate Saso Orefice (Mike), Jack Mandy, Paige Mandy Lee (Griffin), Gregory Saso (Kimberly), B. G. Mandy and David Spencer Mandy; her great grandchildren, Aiden John Orefice, Brody Daniel Orefice and Mac Vincent Orefice; her siblings, Diane Hyman (Ronnie) of Valatie, NY and Frank Sweeney of Cropseyville, NY; and her sister-in-law Joan Mandy of New Paltz. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
