He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Voak. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his daughter Lindsay Voak of Sleepy Hollow, NY; and his brother Daniel Voak of Dundee, NY. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 5 great nieces and nephews as well as many family members and friends.
