He was predeceased by: his parent John Bordi Jr. (Angelina Bordi) of Highland, NY; his wives, Pearl Bordi and Joan Bordi; his son James; his brother Anthony; and his brothers-in-law, Dick Cole, Don Smedley and Frank Relyea.
He is survived by: his son John Bordi III (Sarah); his grandchildren, Anna Spencer (Alex) of Owego, NY, Julia Bordi and John Bordi IV; his great grandchildren, Emerson and Rowan Spencer of Owego, NY; and his sisters, Jean Cole, Tillie Smedley (Texas) and Rosemarie Relyea (NC).
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Michael Torsone Funeral Home, Inc. (38 Main St, Highland, NY 12528). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church (55 Main St, Highland, NY 12528). A burial will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at the Highland Cemetery.
