He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonid and Michalina. He is survived by : his brother Leonid Bozydaj Jr.; his sons, Michael Bozydaj (Michelle) and Stefan Bozydaj (Katherine Alvarez); his grandchildren, Morgan Rae Bozydaj-Teems, Mitchell Allen Bozydaj, Madison Mackenzie Bozydaj, Charlotte Rae Bozydaj and Zoey Alvarez; and his great grandchildren, Kurt James Bozydaj, Sylar Ren Short, Billie Oakley Short and Jensen Connor Teems.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Highland (57 Vineyard Ave, Highland, NY 12528).
