He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Hammerl. He is survived by: his father Vincent Loggia Sr.; his sisters, Jennifer Loggia and Christina Loggia; and his nephew Carter.

He then attended Devereux Foundation in Red Hook, NY until he moved into The ARC Mid-Hudson, Allison house in 1995.
