She was predeceased by: her parents, Herford J., Sr. and Christina Wright; her husband Robert A. Van Dunk, Jr.; her brother Herford J. Jr. (Herbie); her nephew Steven Dawkins; her parents-in-law, Robert A. Van Dunk, Sr. and Rosalie Van Dunk; and her siblings-in-law, Perry Van Dunk and Celeste Van Dunk.

She is survived by: her children, Robert A. Van Dunk, III (Denise) and Danielle Landrum (Marcel); her grandchildren, Anthony Brown (Karli), Gianna Landrum, Aneesa Van Dunk (Wade), Ja'rel Barbour and Carter Landrum; her siblings, Donna Wright, Amy Elam, Carolyn Van Dunk (Sherree), Christina DeFreese (Hope), Yvonne Van Dunk (Ronnie) and Clyde Wright; and her nephews, Bryce Dawkins, Keith Dawkins, Kevin Jackson, Brian Wright and Christopher Wright. She is also survived by cousins and many close friends.
