She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton and Ethel Leach (Patterson); her husband Chester Chappuis Sr.; her son Chester Chappuis Jr.; her granddaughter Tamara Brown; and her siblings, Wilber, Ruth, Lois, Caroline, Burton II and Arnold.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Weaver (Allen) and Shirley Weaver (Peter); her grandchildren, Trish, Joshua, Krista, Sarah, Laura, Micah, Benjamin, Marisa, Kaitlyn, Peter II and Linzie; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Cameron, Lillian, Amber, Vanessa, Dillon, Emma, Lawrence, Wolfgang, Piper, Keyden, Ava, Oaklee, Jax, Connor, Wyatt, Zoie, Ethan, Alexis, Emalynn and Nathan Jr.; and her great great grandchild Rhett.
Memorial donations in Anna's memory may be made to either the Alzheimers Association of Northeastern New York or to the American Diabetes Association.
