She was predeceased by: her father Robert Routly; her grandmothers, Filomena Madalena and Helen Routly; and her aunt Francis Grande. She is survived by: her mother Jean Routly; her husband Timothy Andrews; her daughters, Morgan and Skyler; her granddaughter Kinsley; and her sisters, Brenda West (Dan), Michelle Tuohey (Ed) and Deborah Mulligan (Kevin). She is also survived by her 7 nieces and 3 nephews; many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, 5526 West 13400 South, #510, Herriman, Utah 84096 in her memory.
