He is survived by: his wife Noelani Webb Charles; his children, Angelina Charles, Gabriella Charles and Douglas E. Charles, III; his parents, Ann Marie Popham (Scott) and Douglas E. Sr. Charles (Cheryl); his siblings, Joseph Charles (Tiana) and Therese Charles (Nicole); his father-in-law Michael P. Webb; his nieces and nephews, Vinny and Cassandra Charles; and his friend Kimberly Snyder. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
