He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anna, Fernando Palmeroni, Auldine and Donald Charles. He is survived by: his wife Noelani Webb Charles; his children, Angelina Charles, Gabriella Charles and Douglas E. Charles, III; his parents, Ann Marie Popham (Scott) and Douglas E. Sr. Charles (Cheryl); his siblings, Joseph Charles (Tiana) and Therese Charles (Nicole); his father-in-law Michael P. Webb; his siblings' children, Vinny and Cassandra Charles; and his friend Kimberly Snyder. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc. (219 Spencerport Rd, Rochester, NY 14606). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Veteran's Outreach Center, 447 South Ave., Rochester, New York 14620 in his memory.
