She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph F. Finegan and Helen M Finegan; and her husband David A Webster. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Wilk VanOrden and Michael R Wilk (Emily); her grandsons, Tarran M Wilk, Keegan M Wilk and William G VanOrden; and her siblings, Robert M Finegan (Jahn) and Mary Lou Coene (Tom). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Contributions in Jean's memory may be made to the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, where she volunteered for many years.
