She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Notbohm and Delores Notbohm (Derricks); and her siblings, Mark Notbohm and Mary Warren. She is survived by: her nephews, William Notbohm, James Warren, Andrew Notbohm, David Warren and Michael Warren.
