He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Bailey, Roger Bailey of Rochester and Karen Boland-Schur (Steve) of Canandaigua; his half-siblings, Tim Bailey, Michael Bailey (Jennifer) and Lori Poerio; his former wife Linda Scarpulla (Carl); his friend Barb DiFlorio of Conesus; and his mother Carole DeCook Bailey (Julie Bushnell). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (158 East Ave, Hilton, NY 14468).
