She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton A. and Mary J. Millard (Gage). She is survived by: her children, Gail A. Jones (Donald), Stonie Willoughby of Penn Yan, Allen Willoughby (Laura) of Dundee and Daryl Willoughby (Melanie) of Penn Yan; her grandchildren, Ariel Kohlstaedt (Ryan), Tyler Jones (Brittany Trank), Cassandra Webber (Paul), Paige, Kasie Willoughby, Caleb Fulkrod, Ashley O'Brien (Joshua), Joe Knapp (Katelyn), Taylor Knapp (Anthony Olsen), Marc, Max and Mason Sullivan; her sister-in-law Ruth Starkey of Tennessee; her cousins, Connie, Rick, Regina, Janet and Mary; and her close friend Anna Hoover. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, other family member cousins.
