He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Eldon and Freda V. Logan Fisher; his wife Ann Warner Watson Shields; his sisters, Yvonne Smith and Lina M. Crane; his son Randy R. Fisher; and his stepson Tracy Shields.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Neff (Mike) of Royal Oaks, CA, Robin Fisher (David Anderson) of Boulder Creek, CA and David Fisher of Spokane, WA; his stepdaughter Brenda Watson Casey of Henrietta; his grandchildren, Alaina Moore (Daniel), Chad Casey (Rachel), Briana Casey (Ryan Cronin), Chani Neff, Alia Neff (Josh York) and Jeremy Fisher (Tricia Reynolds); and his great grandchildren, Sadie, Carter, Quinn, Eamon, Isaac, Alyssa, Aiden and Harlow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
