She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert John and Lila Rose O'Toole Orcutt. She is survived by : her husband Charles K. Rishel; her children, Donald Golembiewski of Cedar Rapids, IA, R. J. Golembiewski (Margaret) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Scott Golembiewski (Shea) of Ft. Collins, CO; her grandson Carver Golembiewski; and her brothers, Patrick M. Orcutt (Ronda) of Olean and David A. Orcutt (Sharon) of Portville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
