He was predeceased by : his father Paul Trask. He is survived by : his mother Linda Dunning Trask of Wellsville; his sisters, Michelle Crawford (Jack) of Wellsville, Amber Nichols (Erin) of Plato, MS and Kimberly Carter (Robert) of Wellsville; and his nieces and nephews, Jackie Washburn, Ryan Nichols (Kenzie), Joseph Crawford, Alec Nichols, Emily Schweigart, Allyson Schweigart, Day Cummings and Bobby.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Intandem Foundation, 1439 Buffalo Street, Olean, NY 14760.
