She was predeceased by : her father Edward Plank. She is survived by : her children, Joselito Suarez, Julio Suarez Jr., Belinda Suarez and Amanda Valerio; her sisters, Terri Smathers and Penny Hocking; and her grandchildren, Caleb, Ian, Jaiden, Mari and Jasmine. She is also survived by 2 greatgrandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dawn's name may be made to the Eastern Orleans Community Center, 75 Public Square Holley, NY 14470.
