She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Allen and Catharine Allen (Reed); and her husband Douglas Cosby. She is survived by: her children, Amy Appleton and Michael Cosby (Kellie); and her grandchildren, Emma and Jeffrey Appleton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
