He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barbara Bates, Earl Fredendall (Mary), Judy and Harold Grabowski. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Grabowski Fredendall and Doug Fredendall (Karyn); his wife Lindsay; his children, Cole and Lauren; his brother Dan Fredendall (Megan); his sister-in-law Katie Tucker (Dan); his nieces and nephews, Mason, Morgan, Zach and Jacob; and his parents-in-law, Wayne and Kathleen Griffin. He is also survived by friends, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lindsay Fredendall for a trust to be established for Cole and Lauren.
