Golata (Amy) and Tennille A. Lenz; his grandchildren, Ayden Lenz, Jaylynn Balmer, Emerson Golata, Miles Golata and Amelia Golata; and his sister Linda Mank (Rodney). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
