It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James F. Scharping (Holley, New York), born in Albion, New York, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Scharping and Catherine Scharping (Hurd); and his siblings, Richard Scharping and Ann Rohland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Holley First Presbyterian Church or Orleans County Community Action.
