He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Brenda Kelley (Gerald, Jr.), Michael Neibel (Rebecca) and Brian Neibel Sulimowicz; his stepchildren, Heidi Metz (Gary) and Eric Forst; his grandchildren, Keith Topham (Michelle), Andrew Ruggles, Steven Ruggles (Gina), Bridget Neibel, Michael Neibel and Stephanie Vangilder (Nathan); his stepgrandsons, Noah Winslow and Alex Winslow (Morgan); and his nephew Danny Williams. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
