He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel and Laila. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Hector (Allison), Ana Giglio (Graziano) and Carlos; and his grandsons, Andrew, Gregory, Daniel, Christopher, Alex and Matthew.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the American Martyrs' Roman Catholic Church (79-43 Bell Blvd, Flushing, NY 11364). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at the Maple Grove Cemetery (127-15 Kew Gardens Rd, Kew Gardens, NY 11415).
