As Michael departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Michael. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vincent Parrella and Louise Parrella; his children, Kerri Higgins (Phil), Jaime Parrella and Helen Martino (Giovanni); and his grandchildren, Madison, Brendan, Giovanni and Audriana.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home (2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763). An entombment will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Washington Memorial Park (855 Canal Rd, Mt Sinai, NY 11766). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Church of the Resurrection (50 Granny Rd, Farmingville, NY 11738).
