She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Eaton and Leola Rice Eaton; her husband Francis I. Holl, Jr.; her son James Holl; and her siblings, Marty Kash, Lawrence 'Happy Eaton and LeRoy Eaton.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Holl of Dryden, Randy Holl (Kimberly) of Homer and Thomas Holl of Egg Harbor, NJ; her sister Betty Brewer of Jacksonville, AL; and her close friends, Lisa and John Wallace. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
