He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stoker and Ruby Hubbard Stoker; his wife Wanita Stoker; his brother Gerald Stoker; and his niece Velma Eldridge.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Stoker of Cortland and Lynn Mitchell (Jeffrey) of Homer; his grandchildren, Matthew Thiel (Caitlin), Jessica Mitchell (Kevin Taylor) and Brian Mitchell (Taryn Dechow); and his great grandchildren, Mason and Quinn Thiel. He is also survived by two nephews and several cousins.
