She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Waters and Marion Smith Waters; her husband Robert C. Elmer; and her pet Maudie. She is survived by: her children, Marc Brigham (Roxy), Valerie Park (Larry) and Bobbie Wilbur (Chuck); her grandchildren, Curtis, Corey, Monica, Jarrett, Wyatt, Benett, Kayla and Sean; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Emmalyn, Adriana, Carter, Piper, Lexi and Ariana. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Marion's memory to JDRF, supporting research for Type 1 Diabetes or to a local animal shelter.
