It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Hale of Homer, New York, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Hale and Irma Halsey Hale; his wife Barbara S. Hale; his son Joseph R. Hale; and his grandson Matthew Hale.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Michelle Hale of Cortland; and his grandchildren, Rachael Croft of Cortland and Gregory Hale (Kylee) of Unadilla.
