He is survived by: his son Brian W. Swindon (Layla Trombley) of Cortland; his daughter-in-law Marjorie Sanford Swindon of Cortland; his siblings, Deborah, Candy, Melanie, Gary, Gregory, Mark, Jay, Jeffrey and Scott; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Ribble and Kathy Eggleston; his grandchildren, Romi Lee Pennello (Chris), Gabriel Swindon, Joslyn Phalen and Jenna Phalen; his great grandchildren, Marianna and Dominick Penello; his caregiver Kadene Limmer (family: James Sponaugle, Ronald Masters, Wayne Masters, Stephanie Mattice, Derek Dalola, Tina VanWagenen, Pat Nadge, Deb Thornton, Christina Cutia); and his pet Billy Boy.
