She is survived by: her husband Dr. Patrick Bastow (Jeff); her children, Jeffrey (Ashley) of New Providence, NJ and Ashley (Juan) of Fairport, NY; her grandchildren, Hannah, Claire and William; and her brother John Jr. (Pam). She is also survived by niece and three nephews.
