He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Mark, Matt and Bob; and his grandchildren, Zech, Grace, Kristy, Lexy, Marie Isabela and Kristi. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
In honor of Lew's life and the causes that were closest to his heart, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to The Nature Conservancy or Open Door Mission in Rochester, New York.
