“Dick was my supervisor when he was a Treatment Team Leader at Monroe DDSO and later when he was a Chief of Service at Newark DDSO. He showed me the ropes when I was promoted to Team Leader at Newark and always provided positive and constructive advice when I needed it . He was an optimist, always seeing the best in people and was respected and very well liked by both the staff and consumers that we served. I’m so glad he continued to help people in later years.
