He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Coakley and Daniel Coakley. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew (Jamie) and Steven Coakley; his grandchildren, Oliva, Harry and Jerry; and his siblings, Barbara Shoemaker (John), David Coakley (Suzanne), Robert Coakley (Joy) and Mary Knapp (Mark).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's memory to the APDA-the American Parkinson Disease Association.
