He was predeceased by: his parents, Geroge Bliven and Delores Bliven; his in-laws, Billy and Elma Gerberding; and his son-in-law Steven Lester.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Jason Bliven (Anna), Dawn Lester, Todd Ewert (Myda) and David Griffin; his grandchildren, Jasmyn Gerstner (Kenny), Megan DeFrance, Makaila White (Eugene) and Sierra Ewert; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Lilianna, Addison, Kennedy and Carter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the American Legion Post (454 N Main St, Canandaigua, NY 14424).
Memorial donations in honor of Gary may be made to Light Hill/Canandaigua Comfort Care Home, 5160 Parrish St. Ext.
