He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia F. Wheeler; his son Richard A. "Ricky" Wheeler; and his sister Charlotte J. Wheeler. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Goike of Chittenango, NY and Lori Kannaley of Suwanee, GA; and his grandchildren, Lindsay (Anthony Gonzalez), Kristie and Conner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
