It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond E. Oyer (Honeoye, New York), born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ellsworth Oyer and Rheda Oyer (Sell). He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews and cousins.

“I am just finding out that Ray died. I have been trying to call him and on a whim I decided to check the obits. Very sad. I have been a friend of Rays for 30 years. We did a lot of hiking and kayaking together. Last time we went kayaking he got hung up in a tree limb and dumped his kayak. We laughed...well I laughed. Lots of wonderful times and a very good friend when I needed one. I will miss him dearly. [email protected] (What happened to him)”
