Arthur Hyde Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on July 31, 2025, Arthur Hyde in Hoosick Falls, New York, born in Bennington, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion (Frost) and Arthur M. Hyde Sr.; his wife Johanna (Maleady) of Clay Hill; his sons, John and Christopher; and his brother Paul Hyde.

He is survived by: his children, Lorrie Hall of Centreville, VA, Arthur Hyde III (Sandy) of Hoosick Falls, James Hyde (Kathy) of Hoosick Falls, Mary Bettis (Joseph) of Hoosick Falls and Jenn Hyde of Troy, NY; his sisters, Judy Kenney (Earl) of Fitchburg, MA and Beverly Hyde of Buskirk, NY; and his sister-in-law Ann Hyde of Statesville, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to either the Karen& Molly McGovern Memorial Fund or the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad through the funeral home.
