He is survived by: his wife April Mattsen-Rogers; his sister Susan "Suzie" Rogers; his children, Donald "Junior" Rogers, Jr. and Melini Dunican; and his stepchildren, Elizabeth Dunham, Joseph Plotts and Katherine Mullane.
