He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Cook and Elizabeth Cook (Campbell); his wife Jean Cook (Weatherwax); his children, Edward Cook and Crystal Brock (Jeff); his grandchildren, Ryan Brock, Elliott Cook, Gabby, Kevin Brock and Cameron Hughes; his siblings, Herb Ballard (Mary), Ruth Sutton (Rodger), Ella Ballard, Chuck Cook (Val) and Marye Cook (John); and his son Jeffrey Michael Cook. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
