He was predeceased by: his brother Eric Chaffee. He is survived by: his significant other Jolene Dooley; his parents, Ralph Bauknecht and Irene Chaffee (Cummings); his children, Liam Chaffee and Alexandria Chaffee; and his siblings, Sara Fitch, George, Jeremiah, John and Martin Chaffee.
