He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smallhorn and Ruth Smallhorn (Purdy). He is survived by: his wife Susan Smallhorn of Patrick's Church; his sons, Brian C. Smallhorn (Amber), Stephen V. Smallhorn (Katherine) and Michael J. Smallhorn (Abigail); his grandchildren, Adriana, Talia, Bennett and Summer Rose; his siblings, Kevin Smallhorn (Maureen) and Robin Smallhorn; his mother-in-law Rae DiLonardo; Lola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
