Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Daniel Paul Haggerty (Hopewell Junction, New York), who passed away at the age of 66, on May 17, 2024. Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Daniel touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by : his wife Diana Haggerty; his daughters, Bridget Haggerty, Casey Haggerty and Maggie Garrison; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Ellie; and his siblings, Carol Haggerty-Koutsos and Rich Haggerty.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columba Church (835 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at the St. Denis Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dan's memory to a charity of choice, reflecting the generous spirit with which he lived his life.
