He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Borquist and Antoinette Borquist (Roberto). He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Robert and Kathleen Finn; his sibling's children, Robert Joseph Finn, Shannan Finn Conway and Blythe Finn Epperson; his cousins, Thomas and Reign Whalen; and also, Jennifer and John.
