He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricio Cuellar and Fermina Torres; and his wife Sara Fretel. He is survived by: his children, Armando, Gabriel, Techy, Dina, Rolando, Elsy and Juan Carlos. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
