He is survived by: his children, Philip David Borgia, Jr., Madison Rae Borgia and Dominick Michael Borgia; his parents, Gary Borgia and Victoria Borgia (Fowler); his siblings, Thomas J. Borgia and Kristy-Ann Cook (Troy); his siblings' children, Matthew and Alicia; his siblings' children, Lillian Grace, Gary Lee, Toby and Jonathan; Korben.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. ~ Van Wyck Room (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
