He was predeceased by : his parents, Savino Rinaldi and Angelina Rinaldi (Passerella); and his grandson Thomas Fico. He is survived by : his wife Carol Ann Kuhlmeier; his children, Tommy (Della Fico), Toniann Fico (Carol), John Rodopoulos (Gina Santiago) and Dana (Chris Pedatella); his nephew Ralph Battista (Kerri); his grandchildren, Jennifer Fico Levine (Ben), Anthony Marcantonio, Kristen Rodopoulos, Dylan Hall, Marissa Santiago, Johnnie Rodopoulos, Jayson Rodopoulos, Kayla Santiago, Gia Pedatella, Arianna Santiago, Gino Pedatella, Ellie Battista and Maddie Battista; and his great grandchild Addison Levine.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
