He is survived by: his wife Frances Turchyn (LaRosa); his sons, Peter Turchyn (Jacqui) of Redondo Beach, CA, Thomas Turchyn (Jeannine) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Christopher Turchyn of Hermosa Beach, CA; his grandchildren, Joshua, Adam, Kevin (Madison), Jillian (Bruce), Michael, Ethan, Valkyrie and Gunner; his great grandchildren, Athena, Cleo and Atlas; his sister Mary Dublanyk (Theodore); and his siblings-in-law, Danielle, Jim, Tanya and Donny.
