He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chamberlain and Laura Chamberlain (Vincent). He is survived by: his wife Sarah Chamberlain (Chebetar); his children, Noreen and Adam; his grandchildren, Tony, John, Ashley, Brittney, Zachary and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Melanie, Lila, Coraline, Jayvius, Chance, Mateo, Tajay and Davina; his brother Robert Chamberlain (Victoria); and his daughter-in-law Cynthia Hartman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
