William Scampoli Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Scampoli (Hopewell Junction, New York), born in Mount Vernon, New York, who passed away on June 19, 2025 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Scampoli to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Scampoli and Lucy Scampoli (Cornacchia); his wife Barbara Elizabeth Willson; and his brothers, Joseph, Leonard and Anthony Scampoli.
He is survived by: his children, William (Meghan Scampoli), Gina (Carter Boalt), Maria (Greg Duffy) and John Smith; his grandchildren, Brittany, Carter Jr., William, Lowell, Mason, Benjamin, Mae, Rose, Samuel, Hope, Madalyn, Emily, Shannon and John; and his siblings, Richard Scampoli and Lucy Nalbone. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and all of his Godchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. - Chapel (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columba Church (835 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533).
